This version includes the following changes:
- optimised turn-off behaviour
Instructions for installing the firmware update:
- download the attached zip-file
- unpack the enclosed setup.exe file to the harddisk of your computer
- switch the player to USB-mode and connect it to the computer. The player must be recognised as a drive on the computer.
Important
Ensure that there is enough battery-power.
Remind that the connection between computer and player must stay intact during the complete update.
- Execute setup.exe, the firmware-update program starts. By pressing "Next" the firmware is transfered to the player.
- After a short time a progress-bar appears.When the update is finished, a message tells you to restart the player.
- Switch the player off and on again.
- Use Settings | General | Load Defaults to reset the player to its default-values.
Note:
The installed firmware-version is shown at Settings | General | Copyright. The second line shows the version.
