After downloading the DVPlayer_E.exe file, please follow the steps below to install this utility.

1. Close all open programs that are running to prevent possible interference with the Installation of this utility. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Double-click DVPlayer_E.exe.
3. At the WelcoMe! screen, click Next.
4. At the Select Destination Directory screen, verify that the download folder displayed is where Digital Voice Player Version 1.2 will be installed.
Note:
To install the program in a different folder other than the displayed folder, click Browse and select the preferred folder.
5. Click Next to continue.
6. At the Ready to Install! screen, click Next to begin the Installation.
7. At the Installation Complete screen, click Finish.
8. Restart the computer.
After the computer restarts, the Installation is complete.

Additional Function
The following Digital Voice Editor functions will be changed with this version upgrade:
* Enable use with ICD-BP150 and ICD-BP350.
* Enable use with Windows® XP Professional and XP HoMe Edition.
* Enable use with MSV (LPEC) files that are created by the Memory Stick IC recorder.
* Divide and combine DVF file and MSV (LPEC) files on the computer.
* Save a WAV file at a sample frequency of 11, 16 or 44.1kHz on SP and 8 or 44.1 kHz on LP.
* Add a Desktop or My DocuMents button display to go back to a previous folder or an upper level.
* Keep a recording date on converting file format and display the date on IC recorder.
* Play an entire DVF file that is saved on a computer. (Resolve can only play half of recording length).
* Convert DVF file created by Memory Stick Voice Editor Version 2. (Resolve error Message: Could not convert these files:)
* Add shortcut keys for Set/Clear Bookmark, select Bookmark, Easy Search Forward/Backward in the Menu.
* Accurate counter for playing MSV file. (Resolve the faster counter indication than the actual progress)
* Save Messages on Windows® 2000 (Resolve error Message This file may be damaged)
* Delete the Convert File Format function.

2. Double-click the following utility.
DVPlayerNT_E.exe
3. At the WelcoMe! screen, click Next.
4. At the Select Destination Directory screen, verify that the download folder displayed is where the Digital Voice Player Version 1.2 will be installed.
Note:
If users would like to be installed it in the different folder than the displayed folder, click Browse and locate the correct Installation folder.
5. Click Next to continue.
6. At the Ready to Install! screen, click Next to begin the Installation.
7. At the Installation Complete screen, click Finish.
8. Restart the computer.
After the computer has restarted, the Installation is complete.
