Observations
M2EM installation kit is the latest version of M2EM PCI modem combo card driver with both audio drivers and modem drivers fully intergrated. Please notice the following points during the installation/uninstallation:
1. Before installation, be sure to have all the installation files (incl. *.img) copied on the harddisk of the PC to be installed, or have the installation files on a CD-ROM.
2. During installation, it's possible that the system prompts "there's newer version of the driver installed in the system, keep the newer version or not", in that case choose NO, which means installation all the drivers from the installation kit.
3. To do the uninstallation:
from "Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs", run "Uninstall ESS Modem" (or directly run uninst.exe in the installation kit), then choose "Uninstall Drivers", which will delete all the audio and modem related drivers.
