IMPORTANT: There is a known limitation inherent in this driver and limited to Windows 2003 when running tape backup operations on the PV120T DDS4 or the PV122T VS80 LUN-based tape autoloaders. This limitation can cause a performance loss of the backup subsystem - there is no functional or data integrity problem associated with this issue, it is merely a drop in performance below what would be expected. While downgrading to the native Windows 2003 driver appears to solve this performance problem, it exposes you to potential SCSI timeouts and failed backups with these same LUN-based autoloaders (see 'fixes and enhancements' section of this release), so it is not recommended.
