The front LED not turning off when the system shuts down or goes to power save mode.
Choose the file you want to download to your system. With your mouse, click on the file. In the 'save as' dialogue, you will be prompted to select the folder (subdirectory) where you want the file downloaded. Once the file is downloaded, click on the file, the software will decompress and then install automatically.

Instructions:
Download the file below.
Before starting the install, make sure the PrecisionScan Pro Software is installed.
The scanner needs to be connected to the PC and powered on.
Close all other programs.
To start the install, simply double click on the downloaded file. The file will extract and then start installing automatically. Follow the directions closely.
Restart the computer if instructed to do so.
