To avoid this problem, set up the desired custom paper size in the driver
properties before you start MS-Word.
The followings briefly explain the procedure to set up a custom paper size.
Note:
Do not set up a custom paper size from within the application's Print dialog.
Creating or changing a new custom paper size does not take effect after the
application is closed. In addition, the printout may not fit on paper even if
the printer has the specified paper size in the bypass tray.
Windows 95/98
1. Open My Computer and double click Printers.
2. Click the desired PostScript printer and select Properties from the File
menu.
3. Select one of custom sizes in the Paper Size window in the Paper tab, and
click Custom button.
4. Specify a name, width and length of the desired custom size paper and click
OK.
5. Click OK to close the printer properties window.
6. Make sure that the custom size paper is set in the bypass tray.
7. Start MS-Word and print the custom size document.
