This application is a printer driver for

3. Installation
Before printing on Mita DP-560 printer, you should
install this printer driver software.
1) Start Windows.
2) Insert Disk in drive A.
3) From Program Manager, select File menu and choose Run.
4) Type a:\setup and press ENTER.
4. Uninstall
1)If you want to delete the Mita DP-560 printer driver,
execute "UnInstall" of the Mita DP-560 group.
2)From Main, double-click Control Panel.
Double-click Printers, select Mita DP-560,
and then click Remove.
5. Notes
1) This printer does not support printing in a network
environment.
2) Other printer drivers may affect a print job, which
can cause improper printout.
Remove some or all of your other printer drivers and
start the print job again.
3) When a printer error occurs, delete the current print
job and turn the printer off and on, then start
the prithe print job again.
4) Some application software may quit a print job in the
middle of the printing process because of the lack of
hard disk space.
In this case, check your PC's hard disk space, and
if it is small, delete unnecessary files, then start
the print job again.
5) Printing small size material such as envelopes can
cause toner scattering inside of the printer
Select [Cleaning] in the printer driver after printing
on paper less than 8.5" in width.
6) Please replace the Imaging Unit when printouts become
grayish, which means toner is running out.
7) Please make sure the paper size selected in the printer
driver on the PC is the same as the size of paper set
in the cassette.
Selecting different size may cause an improper printout.
8) When selecting Sort at an application software's Print
Settings, as insufficient memory error may occur and
the print job will be canceled.
To use the Sort function,select it with Printer Setting
in the Control Panel of Windows3.1.
9) If you set Enable Multiple Jobs, when Start printing after
last page is spooled in Spooling Mode, it takes time longer
to finish the print job than usual to prevent an overrun error.
10)In Windows 3.1, in some cases, the print data will not be passed
to the printer driver when the Spool Mode is set as start
printing after first page is spooled. In this case, reset the
Spool Mode as start printing after last page is spooled.
11)If you set the Job Mode as Enable Multiple Jobs, the job now
printing is displayed on the Job Information area. The spooling
job is not displayed. When you click the Delete button, the job
displayed on the Job Information area will be deleted. The job
now spooled will not be deleted.
12)Some applications are capable of setting Enable multiple jobs.
However, the setting may not be reported to the printer driver.

3. Installation
Before printing on Mita DP-560 printer, you should install
this printer driver software.
1) Start Windows and insert driver disk into the appropriate
drive.
2) Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click
Printers.
3) Double-click Add Printer.
4) Follow the instructions on the screen.
5) Set DP-560 printer as default printer.
NOTE:
When installing this printer driver in this way, the message,
"Select the installing driver for new hardware.", is displayed
while communicating with the printer.
If this occurs, click the Cancel button, and continue the
installation.

4. Uninstall
1) Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click
Printers.
Click DP-560 icon with the right mouse button,
and click Delete.
2) Follow the instructions on the screen.
5. Notes
1) Other printer drivers may affect a print job, which can cause
improper printout.
Remove some or all your other printer drivers and start
the print job again.
2) Printing small size material such as envelopes can cause
toner scattering inside of the printer.
Select [Cleaning] in the printer driver after printing on
paper less than 8.5" in width; open the Printer, Properties
folder and select Clean.
3) Although [Spool MS-DOS print job] and [Check port state
before printing] settings at [Port settings...] of
[Details] in the Mita DP-560 Properties are available,
both settings don't have an effect on printing.
4) When a printer error occurs, delete the current print job
and turn the printer off and on, then start the print job
again.
5) Some application software may quit a print job in the
middle of the printing process because of the lack of
hard disk space.
In this case, check your PC's hard disk space,and if it is
small, delete unnecessary files, then start the print job
again.

for this printer" in [Properties]-[Details]-[Spool settings].
