Observations
1) Connect your Kids Designer to your PC.
2) Turn on your computer, Windows 95 will start.
3) Insert the backup copy of your Kids Designer software diskette to floppy drive
A:(or B:). If the New Hardware Found dialog box appears as Windows 95
starts up, go to step 4. If not, skip to step 6.
4) Select the option 'Driver from disk provided by hardware manufacturer.'
Press Enter.
5) Type the drive name (for example, A:\ or B:\) and press Enter.
Follow the instructions that appear. Go to step 7.
6) Select Run under the Start button. Type A:\SETUP(or B:\SETUP) and click OK.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
7) Restart Windows to activate your Kids Designer.
--- WINDOWS 3.1 INSTALLATION ---
1) Start Windows. Be sure all other applications are closed.
2) Insert the backup copy of your Kids Designer software diskette to floppy
drive A:(or B:).
3) From the Program Manager File menu, select Run and press Enter.
4) Type the floppy drive name followed by a colon and the setup command (for
example, A:\SETUP or B:\SETUP). Press Enter and follow the instructions
that appear.
5) Restart Windows to activate your Kids Designer.
--- DOS INSTALLATION ---
1. WINDOWS 3.1 and WINDOWS 95 INSTALLATION will install Kids Designer DOS Driver
automatically.
2. If you have not WINDOWS 3.1 and WINDOWS 95, follow this steps:
* This steps assumes you want to install Kids Designer Driver in
C:\GKIDS directory.
1) Insert the backup copy of your Kids Designer software diskette to floppy
drive A:(or B:).
2) Under the C:\prompt, type:
C:\>MD GKIDS
C:\>CD GKIDS
C:\GKIDS>COPY A:\GKIDS.COM(or B:\GKIDS.COM)
C:\GKIDS>COPY A:\GTABLET.INI(or B:\GTABLET.INI)
C:\GKIDS>COPY A:\GTEST.EXE(or B:\GTEST.EXE)
C:\GKIDS>COPY A:\GNS2.PCX(or B:\GNS2.PCX)
