1. INTRODUCTION
This document describes the device driver that supports
the Digi devices listed below. The driver is for use
with Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP, or
Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
Refer to the following number when searching the Digi
International Inc. Web site (www.digi.com) or the FTP
site (ftp.digi.com) for the latest software package:

4. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
When configuring an adapter using the configuration wizard, if
invalid input is entered and the back button is pressed, an
error message might appear indicating that the input is
invalid. Enter valid input before pressing the back button to
suppress this warning and to back up the wizard.
For PPP links, both sides of a connection must disconnect
before they can be reconnected.
When using the SDLC interface, the maximum BTU (Basic
Transmission Unit) is limited to 521 bytes. This is a known
limitation of the IBM SDLC link service provided in SNA
Server. See the Microsoft SNA article, "Maximum BTU Limit for
Dumb SDLC Interface," for more information.
5. UPDATE DRIVER
You need administrative privileges to update device drivers.
Please be sure you are logged into Windows as Administrator
or as a user that is a member of the Administrators group.
To update an existing AccelePort RAS driver, first perform these
steps:
1. Unzip the driver installation package to a folder of your
choice.
2. Run Dgdscln.cmd to remove previous Inf file versions.
