In case the Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 is installed to a Windows 2000 PC to which MultiPASS Suite v3.20 or MultiPASS Suite v3.21 has been installed, some faults occur: Print data on the first page is partially missing, line space is incorrect, and one-page data are split into several pages. These faults are modified.
- Instructions and Restrictions for Use In case a Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 PC is used as a server and a Windows NT4.0 PC as a client, and the MultiPASS C555 or the MultiPASS C755 is connected to the server to be used as a shared printer, the setting of a client (i.e., Windows NT4.0 PC) needs to be changed in the following case:
If 'Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster' in the 'Scheduling' tab in the 'Properties' of 'Printer' is selected, 'Start printing after last page is spooled' must be selected.
* In case 'Start printing immediately' is selected, print fails.
- Installation Procedure 1. Verify that OS of your PC is Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 and that Canon MultiPASS Suite v3.20 or v3.21 is installed to the PC.
2. Double-click MpUpdate.exe, then installation of the modification module starts.
3. When the installation is finished successfully, 'Update complete successfully!! You MUST Restart Windows now' message appears. Click 'Yes', and then restart your PC.
