Uninstalling the Modem driver -
This new driver now has Rockwell's new name of Conexant to replace the Rockwell name in previous drivers.
Start the Control Panel => Add/Remove Programs
Select Rockwell SoftK56 Modem or Conexant SoftK56 Modem and click on the Add/Remove button to remove the modem driver.
Then restart Windows to reload the new driver.
Installing the new driver
When the new hardware is found by Win95/98, insert the driver disk and select the correct
drive and path to the driver and follow the onscreen directions.
Refer to the online manual found on the modem drivers page for detailed instructions, but remember that the new driver name will have Conexant in replace of Rockwell.
