Before installing the modem, extract the files in a folder on PC (eg. c:\digicom).
After hardware installation, restart PC.
Automatically a new hardware will be detected and windows will install
the generic driver of chip product.
For use of Digicom driver, it is necessary driver update:
1) Select "Start" -> "My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "System".
2) Select "Hardware" and click "Device manager".
3) Select the driver in "Modem" section. Select "Action" menu, then "Properties".
4) Select "Driver" and click "Update driver".
5) Select "Install from a list or specific location" and click "Next".
6) Select "Don't search." and click "Next".
7) Press "Have disk..." and with "Browse" button, select the folder with the last
driver.
8) Confirm with "Continue".
9) The update is over.

Win Me -- c:\windows\system\ltmoh.lnk
If the path of windows system directory is different from the above, the desktop shortcut
needs to be manually created for this release.
2. Uninstall is not equipped for Win NT in this release.
Venus LtHook.VxD and LtSerMon.SYS:

Modifications:
1. Wait for +PMHR:n only after we make the +PMHR request, which bypass
possible garbage containing +PMHRN:n in DUN/CISCO case.
2. Under NT4/W2K, after call waiting happens, wait longer before flash hook.
Known issues:
1. LtSerMon.sys won't exit before Hyperterm quit. User won't see the
difference though.

Insert the PCMCIA card into the computer's slot, please pay attention to the "this side up" indicator. Windows should noe detect a new hardware. 3.
