1) When the utility is running under network mode, connection and messages might be lost due to heavy network traffic or unstable network system. If you see this problem, try to use the REFRESH button by right clicking on one of the tree icons. If some of the information is still not updated, try to re-connect to the Message Server or re-login to the Message Agent.
Note: When the utility is running, some of the property pages will refresh themselves every 3 minutes.
