Observations

This utility allows you to set the maximum transfer rate of SATA drives, set the UDMA mode of IDE drives, use the Advance Acoustic Management feature for ExcelStor drives. This utility supports ExcelStor drives up to 250GB. This utility must run in DOS mode (not in a DOS window).
Use a floppy disk imaging software, such as WinImage, to create a bootable ESfeat floppy disk from this IMG image file.
