Why I got these images with horizontal lines?
Now, please follow instructions below to solve your problem.
Please download the Firmware tool "FW_v2.zip" to update Firmware.
After downloading, unzip FW_v2.zip to your folders.
Now, plug the USB cable with computer & camera.
Then click FW_Tool.exe to run the program.
The program will detect your Firmware version automatically,
if your FW version is under 20, we would like to suggest you return your machine to the dealer which you bought from for further repair.
if your FW version range is 20~26, the program will update FW to 28 and solve your problem.
if your FW version is above 40, the program will update FW to 42 and solve your problem.
After the update, please unplug the USB cable, and you could enjoy your camera again.
If you have any other problems, please feel free to contact us.
Remark: These symptoms often happen at these areas: Europe & Asia with 50Hz power adapter.

If I always get the symptom "turn off camera" after I replaced new batteries, what should I do ?
Now, please follow up below instructions to solve your problem.
