Features
The Digital Photo Printer DPP-MP1makes it easy to produce attractiveprints from digital images stored on a
“Memory Stick”, for example with a
Sony CyberShot camera or Handycamcamcorder.
Simple printing of images with
Print Mark
Images that were assigned a Print Markon a Sony CyberShot digital camera or
Handycam camcorder can beautomatically printed (DPOF
1)printing). For information oncompatible file formats, see page 34.

Direct-selection printing
Still images taken with a Sony
CyberShot digital camera or Handycamcamcorder and stored on a “Memory
Stick” can be printed directly on the
DPP-MP1.
Compact and lightweight
The DPP-MP1 is a compact andlightweight printer measuringapproximately 66 × 39 × 111 mm andweighing approximately 260 grams. Itcan easily be carried and usedanywhere.
Photo quality printing
The dye sublimation thermal methodproduces high-quality prints that rivalactual photos.
Versatile print functions
The DPP-MP1 lets you adjust imageproperties (sharpness/brightness),control date printout, select multi-print
(2/4/8 copies of the same image on onesheet), and perform various otherfunctions.
USB connection allows printingof images stored on a PC
The supplied PC interface kit lets youprint digital images stored on acomputer.

1 Connect the AC adapter tothe DC 12V connector on the
DPP-MP1.
2 Connect the power cord tothe AC adapter and to an ACoutlet.
Auto power-off function
The unit will automatically turn itselfoff if it is not being used for about 3minutes (auto power-off function).
While the unit is connected to a PCwith an USB cable, the auto power-offfunction is disabled.
Battery Kit (option)
The separately available Battery Kit
MPA-BT1A can be used to powerthe unit.
For information on how to mountthe Battery Kit in the unit, refer tothe documentation of the Battery

2 Loading the
Print Cartridge
The print cartridge is supplied as partof the printing pack (page 6). Mount itin the unit as shown below.
1 Slide the latch of the doordown 1 to open the printcartridge door 2.

2 Remove the ribbon reelstopper from the printcartridge.
3 Push the print cartridge intothe unit until it audibly snapsinto place. Then close theprint cartridge door.
Replacing the print cartridge
When the print cartridge is used up, theindication “RIBON” flashes on thedisplay.
1 Open the print cartridge dooras described in step 1 above.
2 Grasp the removal knob onthe cartridge and pull the oldcartridge out. Then insert thenew cartridge.

If print cartridge does not go insmoothly
Remove it fully from the unit and thenreinsert it. If the cartridge does not goin smoothly because the ribbon is slack,rotate the spool of the cartridge in thedirection shown by the arrow to take upthe slack.
Caution
The interior of the unit can become hot. Donot put your fingers or other objects into theprint cartridge slot.
3 Loading the
Print Paper
The print paper is supplied as part ofthe printing pack (page 6).
Mount it in the unit as shown below.
1 Open the cover of the papertray.
2 Place the print paper on thetray.
Align the paper and place it on thetray with the protective sheet inplace and facing up.
You can insert up to 12 printpapers (1 pack) at a time.

Do not separate along the perforatedlines before printing.cover of thepaper tray

3 Close the paper tray cover.
Note
If the print paper is not loadedproperly, the paper tray cover cannotbe closed. Make sure that the papertray cover is completely closed.
4 Pull out the protective sheet.
5 Pull the paper tray door open,and insert the paper tray intothe unit.
Push the paper tray all the way in,until it audibly snaps into place.
When printing is completed
Remove the paper tray from the unitand close the paper tray door.
Notes
• The printing pack contains a print cartridgefor 24 prints and 2 × 12-pack print paper.
Only load half of the print paper at onetime.
• When adding print paper to the paper tray,take care not to exceed the maximum of 12sheets. Do not mix different types of printpapers. Otherwise a paper jam can occur.
• Do not write or print anything on the printpaper before inserting it into this unit.
After printing, if you wish to write onto theimage side of the paper, use an oil-basedmarker. You cannot further print on theimage side of the paper.
• Do not attach any labels, stamps, stickersor similar to the print paper beforeprinting.
• When handling the print paper beforeprinting, do not touch the image side (theside where nothing is printed). If there arefingerprints or dust on the print paper orthe ribbon, print quality may be degraded.
• Be sure to use only the dedicated printpaper for this unit. Otherwise malfunctioncan occur.
• Do not fold or crease the print paper.

4 Inserting the
“Memory Stick”
Insert a “Memory Stick” into the unitas shown below.
Be sure to push the “Memory Stick” allthe way in, until it audibly snaps intoplace.
To remove the “Memory Stick”
1 Verify that the MS ACCESSindicator is out. Then pushthe “Memory Stick” fully intothe unit.
When you let go, the “Memory
Stick” will pop out slightly.
2 Pull out the “Memory Stick”.
Notes
• While the “Memory Stick” is beingaccessed, the MS ACCESS indicator lightsup. Do not remove the “Memory Stick”from the unit during this interval.
Otherwise the unit and/or the “Memory
Stick” may be damaged.
• Do not forcibly push or remove the
“Memory Stick” into or from the unit.
Otherwise the unit and/or the “Memory
Stick” may be damaged.
• While printing is in progress, do notremove the “Memory Stick” from the unit.
Otherwise the unit and/or the “Memory
Stick” may be damaged.
• The maximum Memory Stick capacitywith which this unit is compatible is 128
MB.
• For information and precautions regardingthe handling of the “Memory Stick”, seethe section “Memory Stick” on page 27.

Printing
Print paper moves back andforth
During printing, the print paper passesfour times back and forth between thepaper exit slot and the top of the papertray. When printing is completed, thepaper is ejected from the paper exitslot.
Notes
• Place the unit on a flat, level surface forprinting. If there is for example a raisedsection or a wall behind the unit, paperjams can occur.
• Before starting to print, make sure thatthere are no obstructions behind the unitwhich could block the smooth exit of thepaper. There should be a clearance of atleast 12 cm.
• Do not place any objects on top of thepaper tray.
• Do not touch the paper during printing, anddo not try to pull the paper out.
• Do not pull the paper tray out of the unitduring printing.
• Do not open the print cartridge door orremove the print cartridge from the unitduring printing.
• Never move the unit during printing, anddo not turn off the power. Otherwise apaper jam may occur or the unit may bedamaged. If the power was interruptedduring operation, turn the power on againand repeat the procedure.

With Print Mark
(DPOF Print)
This unit supports DPOF (Digital Print
Order Format) which enables bulkprinting of images on a “Memory
Stick” to which a Print Mark has beenassigned, for example with a Sony
CyberShot digital camera or Handycamcamcorder.
Assigning a Print Mark
1 Insert the “Memory Stick” intothe Sony CyberShot digitalcamera or Handycamcamcorder.
2 Select the image you want toprint.
3 Assign a Print Mark asdescribed in thedocumentation of the cameraor camcorder. Thisinformation should be foundin a section entitled
“Selecting Images for Print”or “Assigning Print Marks” orsimilar.
4 Verify that a Print Mark ( )is shown with the image onthe LCD of the Sony
CyberShot digital camera or
Handycam camcorder.
Bulk printing of imageswith Print Mark
1 Push down the power switchand slide it to the right, to turnthe unit on.
The indication “SETUP” flasheson the display, and then changesto “READY”.
Note
Do not remove or insert the printcartridge while the “SETUP”indication is flashing on the display.

2 Insert the “Memory Stick” intothe unit.
The highest file number for animage with Print Mark is shown.
If a “Memory Stick” that has onlyone folder is inserted, the foldernumber is not shown.
3 Press the DPOF button.
The unit enters the DPOF mode,and the indication “DPOF”appears on the display. The totalnumber of specified prints isshown on the display for about 1second.
The folder number, file number,and number of duplicates for thefirst image with a Print Markappear on the display.
If only one folder is available, nofolder number is shown.

In this condition, you can use the
SELECT (–/+) buttons to checkthe folder numbers, file numbers,and number of duplicates for theimages with Print Mark.
4 Make the print settings asrequired.
You can make settings for imagequality, print format, etc. Fordetails, see “Print Settings” onpage 21.
5 Press the PRINT/STOPbutton to start printing.
During printing, the indication
“PRINT” is shown on the display.
6 Remove the printed paper.
If you have specified severalprints, remove the prints one byone after they are finished.
7 Fold the edges of the paperand remove them along theperforated lines.
Turning the power off
• Push down the power switch andslide it to the left until the indicationon the display disappears.
• Even if you do not use the powerswitch, the unit will automaticallyturn itself off after about 3 minutes
(auto power-off function).

To cancel the operation whileprinting is in progress
If you have specified several prints butwant to cancel the operation before it iscompleted, press the PRINT/STOPbutton. The indication “WAIT” appearson the display, and printing stops afterthe current print is finished.
If unit runs out of paper or printcartridge ribbon while printing
If the unit runs out of paper whileprinting, the indication “PAPER”flashes on the display. If the printcartridge ribbon runs out, the indication
“RIBON” flashes on the display.
To continue the current operation, loadprint paper or replace the print cartridgewithout turning the unit off. Press the
PRINT/STOP button to resumeprinting.
To turn off DPOF mode
To turn off the DPOF mode afterprinting, press the DPOF button oncemore. The indication “DPOF”disappears from the display and thenormal indication is shown again.
Changing the number ofduplicates
The number of duplicates for a Print
Mark image that has been set with thedigital camera can be changed on the
DPP-MP1. To do this, perform theoperation described below after step 3in the section “Bulk printing of imageswith Print Mark” (page 15). The unitmust be in DPOF mode (“DPOF”indication shown on display).
1 Select the Print Mark imagefor which you want to makethe change.
Use the SELECT (–/+) buttons tocall up the file number of thedesired image. Then press the
ENTER button. The indication forthe number of duplicates flashesand can now be changed.

2 Change the number ofduplicates.
Use the SELECT (–/+) buttons toset the number.
3 Press the ENTER button.
The new number of duplicates isnow active.18

4 Repeat steps 1 - 3 asnecessary.
Perform steps 1 -3 for all otherimages for which you want tochange the number of duplicates.
Note
This change will not be recorded on the
“Memory Stick”.

Images stored on a “Memory Stick”can be selected at the DPP-MP1 forprinting.
Selecting an image
1 Insert the “Memory Stick” inthe Sony CyberShot digitalcamera or Handycamcamcorder.
2 Verify the folder number andfile number of the image thatyou want to print on the LCDof the Sony CyberShot digitalcamera or Handycamcamcorder.

Print settings
You can select various settings for theimage before printing.
1 Hold down the ENTER buttonfor at least 2 seconds.
The print settings mode isactivated, and the indication
“SHARP” flashes on the display.
2 Use the SELECT (–/+)buttons until the desiredsetting item flashes on thedisplay.
• Pressing SELECT (+) causesthe display to cycle throughavailable items in the order
“SHARP” t “BRIGHT” t
“DATE” t “FIT” t
“MULTI” t “SHARP” etc.
• Pressing SELECT (–) cycles inthe opposite direction.
The available settings areexplained in the table “Print
Setting Items” at the end of thissection.
3 Press the ENTER button.
The selected setting for theflashing item is shown.
4 Use the SELECT (–/+)buttons to change the setting.
For example, if “DATE” isflashing, each push of the
SELECT (–/+) button togglesbetween “ON” (date is printed)and “OFF” (date is not printed).
5 Press the ENTER button.
• The print setting mode isterminated and the unit returnsto the normal mode (printstandby).
• The current print setting can bechecked by the displayindication.

Print Setting Items
The following print settings can be made. (x indicates the default setting.)

SHARP (Sharpness) ON Images are printed with enhanced outlinesharpness.x OFF The image is printed as is.
BRIGHT (Brightness) ON The image is made brighter for printing.x OFF The image is printed as is.
DATE ON The image is printed with a date. The dateinformation is taken from the date at which theimage file was stored.
Note
If a date was inserted with the Sony CyberShotdigital camera or Handycam camcorder, thedate will be printed twice.x OFF The image is printed without a date.
Note
A date inserted with the Sony CyberShot digitalcamera or Handycam camcorder may exceedthe printable range and may be cut off.
FIT ON The image is scaled so that the entire image fitson the paper and no section is cut off. (There isa rim around the image.)x OFF The image is printed as is, to the maximumprintable range. Depending on the size ratio ofthe image, some sections (top/bottom or left/right) may be cut off. (There is no rim aroundthe image.)
MULTI ON Multiple copies of the same image are printedon one paper. You can select division into 2, 4,or 8 segments.x OFF Division is not carried out.23

PC Interface Kit
PC Interface Kit
This PC interface kit allows you toprint images to the DPP-MP1 fromyour computer. The DPP-MP1 comeswith a USB cable and CD-ROM.
Supported Computers
The DPP-MP1 can be used withcomputers running under the followingpre-installed operating systems.
• Windows 2000/ME/98/98SE
• Mac OS 8.6/9.0/9.1
Preparation
Install the printer driver.
To print from your computer, you mustinstall the DPP-MP1 printer driver onyour computer from the “digital photoprinter for DPP-MP1” CD-ROM.
Refer to the Installation Guide forprinter driver installation.
The Installation Guide is included onthe “digital photo printer for DPP-
MP1” CD-ROM as a PDF file. Double-click the Driver(English).pdf filecontained in the “Document” -
“English” folder that corresponds toyour operating system.
Note
In order to read the Installation Guide,
Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed onyour computer. If it is not already installed,you can install it from the “digital photoprinter for DPP-MP1” CD-ROM. With
Windows, double-click the file ar500eng.exefile in the “Acrobat” - “English” folder. Withthe Macintosh, install by double-clicking the
Acrobat Reader Installer.
Connect to your computer.
1 Connect the DPP-MP1 toyour computer using thesupplied USB cable.
2 Connect the AC adapter tothe DPP-MP1, then turn onthe power switch.
Notes
• We recommend using the DPP-MP1 withthe AC adapter whenever the USB cable isconnected.
• When the USB cable is connected, the
DPP-MP1’s auto power-off function isdisabled.
• Operation is not assured if the DPP-MP1 isconnected through a USB hub. Some USBdevices may prevent proper operation ofthe DPP-MP1 if they are usedsimultaneously.
• If the computer’s suspend-resume function
(sleep function) operates, communicationbetween the DPP-MP1 and the computermay not be restored when normalcomputer operation is resumed.
• When USB connection is made to thecomputer while printing directly from a
Memory Stick, the computer will notdetect the DPP-MP1 until printing iscompleted.

The DPP-MP1 does not include imageprocessing software. Image processingsoftware must be obtained separately inorder to print to the DPP-MP1 fromyour computer.
1 On the computer, select the
DPP-MP1 as the destinationprinter.
2 Make any required printsettings.
When the DPP-MP1 is connectedby USB cable, print settings aremade from the computer. For theprint settings, see Installation
Guide included on the “digitalphoto printer for DPP-MP1” CD-
ROM.
3 Print from your imageprocessing software.
Note
When the DPP-MP1 is connected by USBcable, all controls other than the powerswitch are disabled. When using the DPP-
MP1 to print images directly from a Memory
Stick, be sure to disconnect the USB cable.25

Precautions
On safety
• Operate the printer on 12 V DC only.
• Be careful not to set or drop anyheavy objects on the power cord, orto damage the power cord in anyway. Never operate this printer witha damaged power cord.
• Should any solid object or liquid fallinto the cabinet, unplug the printerand have it checked by qualifiedpersonnel before operating it anyfurther.
• Never disassemble the printer.
• To disconnect the power cord, pull itout by the plug. Never pull the powercord itself.
• When the printer is not going to beused for an extended period of time,disconnect the power cord from thewall outlet.
• Do not handle the printer roughly.

On installation
• Avoid placing the printer in alocation subject to:– vibration

• The printer is designed to operatehorizontally. Never attempt tooperate the printer in a tiltedposition.

• Leave enough room around theprinter so that the ventilation holesare not blocked. Blocking these holesmay cause internal heat build-up.
On moisture condensation
If the printer is brought directly from acold location to a warm location orplaced in an extremely warm or humidroom, moisture may condense insidethe unit. In such cases the printer willprobably not work properly and mayeven develop a fault if you persist inusing it. If moisture condensationoccurs, turn off the power and do notuse the printer for at least one hour.26

Clean the cabinet, panel and controlswith a soft dry cloth, or a soft clothlightly moistened with a mild detergentsolution. Do not use any type ofsolvent, such as alcohol or benzine,which may damage the finish.
On restrictions on duplication

“Memory Stick”
The “Memory Stick” is a compact andlightweight IC-based high-capacitystorage medium, ideally suited for amultitude of applications.
There are two types of memory sticks:a conventional type and a type using acopy protection technology called
Magic Gate*. The DPP-MP1 iscompatible with both of these Memory
Stick types.
* Magic Gate uses encryption technology toprotect copyrighted material.

2 Chargementde la cartouched’impression

3 Chargement dupapier d’impression
Le papier d’ impression fait partie dupack d’impression (page 6).
Insé rez-le dans l’ appareil commeindiqué ci-dessous.
1 Ouvrez le couvercle de lacassette papier.
2 Placez le papier d’impressiondans la cassette papier.
Alignez le papier et placez-le dansla cassette avec la feuille deprotection en place et orienté e versle haut.

Vous pouvez insérer un maximumde 12 papiers d’impression (1pack) à la fois.
Remarque
Ne déchirez pas le papier le long leslignes perforées avant l’impression.
3 Refermez le couvercle de lacassette papier.
Remarque
Si le papier d’impression n’est paschargé correctement, vous ne pourrezpas refermer le couvercle de la cassettepapier. Veillez à bien refermer lecouvercle de la cassette papier à fond.
4 Sortez la feuille de protectionen tirant dessus.
5 Tirez sur le volet de lacassette papier pour l’ouvrir,et insérez la cassette papierdans l’appareil.
Enfoncez la cassette papier à fonddans l’ appareil jusqu’à ce quevous l’ entendiez se mettre enplace dans un déclic.
Lorsque l’impression estterminée
Retirez la cassette papier de l’ appareilet refermez le volet de la cassettepapier.
Remarques
• Le pack d’impression comprend unecartouche d’impression pour 24impressions et 2 packs de 12 papiersd’impression. Ne chargez que la moitié dupapier d’impression à la fois.
• Lorsque vous ajoutez du papierd’impression dans la cassette papier, faitesattention à ne pas dépasser le maximum de
12 feuilles. Ne mélangez pas différentessortes de papier d’impression. Vousrisqueriez de provoquer un bourragepapier.
• N’écrivez et n’imprimez rien sur le papierd’impression avant de l’insérer dansl’appareil. Après l’impression, si vousvoulez écrire sur la face image du papier,utilisez un feutre à base d’huile. Vous nepourrez plus imprimer sur la face image dupapier.
• Ne collez pas d’étiquettes, de timbres,d’auto-collants ni rien de similaire sur lepapier d’impression avant l’impression.
• Lorsque vous manipulez le papierd’impression avant l’impression, netouchez pas la face image (la face où rienn’est imprimé). S’il y a des traces de doigtsou de la poussière sur le papierd’impression ou sur le ruban, la qualitéd’impression sera réduite.
• Utilisez exclusivement le papierd’impression spécialement conçu pourl’appareil. Sinon, vous risqueriez deprovoquer un mauvais fonctionnement.
• Ne pliez et ne froissez pas le papierd’impression. Vous risqueriez deprovoquer un mauvais fonctionnement.13

Le papier d’impression sedéplace d’avant en arrière
Pendant l’impression, le papierd’impression effectue quatre passagesd’avant en arrière entre la fente desortie du papier et le dessus de lacassette papier. Lorsque l’impressionest terminée, le papier s’éjecte par lafente de sortie du papier.
Remarques
• Pour l’impression, placez l’appareil surune surface plane et de niveau. S’il y a parexemple une section rehaussée ou un murderrière l’appareil, cela risque de produiredes bourrages papier,
• Avant de commencer l’impression,assurez-vous qu’il n’y a pas d’obstaclesderrière l’appareil qui pourraient empêcherle papier de sortir. Il faut qu’il y ait unespace d’au moins 12 cm.
• Ne posez pas d’objets sur la cassettepapier.
• Ne touchez pas le papier d’impressionpendant l’impression, et n’essayez pas detirer sur le papier pour le sortir.
• Ne sortez pas la cassette papier del’appareil pendant l’impression.
• N’ouvrez pas le volet de la cartouched’impression et ne retirez pas la cartouched’impression de l’appareil pendantl’impression.
• Ne déplacez jamais l’appareil pendantl’impression. Vous pourriez provoquer unbourrage papier ou endommager l’appareil.
Si l’alimentation est coupée pendant lefonctionnement, remettez l’appareil soustension et recommencez.

“Memory Stick” auxquelles un repèred’impression a été assigné, par exempleavec un appareil photo numérique
CyberShot ou un camescope Handycam
Sony.
Attribution d’un repèred’impression
1 Insérez le “Memory Stick”dans l’appareil photonumérique CyberShot ou lecamescope Handycam Sony.
2 Sélectionnez l’image quevous voulez imprimer.
3 Assignez un repèred’impression comme indiquédans le mode d’emploi del’appareil photo ou ducamescope. Vous trouverezles explications dans lasection intitulée “Sélectiondes images à imprimer” ou
“Attribution de repèresd’impression” ou un titreapprochant.
4 Vérifiez qu’un repèred’impression ( ) estaffiché avec l’image surl’écran LCD de l’appareilphoto numérique CyberShotou du camescope Handycam
Sony.
Impression en vracd’images avec repèred’impression
1 Appuyez sur l’interrupteurd’alimentation et glissez-levers la droite pour mettrel’appareil sous tension.
L’indication “SETUP” clignotesur l’afficheur, puis elle estremplacée par l’indication
“READY”.

2 Insérez le “Memory Stick”dans l’appareil.
Le numéro de fichier le plus élevéd’une image avec repèred’impression s’affiche.
Si le “Memory Stick” que vousavez inséré ne possède qu’un seuldossier, le numéro de dossier nes’affiche pas.
3 Appuyez sur la touche DPOF.
L’appareil passe en mode DPOF,et l’indication “DPOF” apparaîtsur l’afficheur. Le nombre totald’impressions spécifié apparaît surl’afficheur pendant environ uneseconde.
Le numéro de dossier, le numérode fichier et le nombre de copiesde la première image ayant unrepère d’impression apparaissentsur l’afficheur.
S’il n’y a qu’un seul dossier, lenuméro de dossier ne s’affichepas.
DPOF
Dans cette situation, vous pouvezutiliser les touches SELECT (–/+)pour vérifier les numéros dedossier, les numéros de fichier etle nombre de copies des imagesavec repère d’impression.
4 Réglez les paramètresd’impression.
Vous pouvez régler la qualitéd’image, le format d’impression,etc. Pour les détails, reportez-vous
à “Paramètres d’impression”, à lapage 21.
5 Appuyez sur la touche
PRINT/STOP pourcommencer l’impression.
Pendant l’impression, l’indication
“PRINT” apparaît sur l’afficheur.
6 Retirez le papier imprimé.
Si vous avez spécifié plusieursexemplaires, retirez lesimpressions une par une à mesurequ’elles sont terminées.
7 Repliez les bords du papier etdécoupez-les le long deslignes perforées.

Mise hors tension

Pour annuler l’impression encours
Si vous avez spécifié plusieursexemplaires et que vous voulez annulerl’impression avant qu’elle ne soitterminée, appuyez sur la touche
PRINT/STOP. L’indication “WAIT”apparaît sur l’afficheur, et l’impressions’arrête lorsque l’impression du papieren cours est terminée.
Si le papier ou le ruban de lacartouche d’impressionviennent à manquer pendantl’impression
Si le papier vient à manquer pendantl’impression, l’indication “PAPER”clignote sur l’afficheur. Si le ruban dela cartouche d’impression vient àmanquer, l’indication “RIBON”clignote sur l’afficheur.
Pour poursuivre l’impression en cours,remettez du papier d’impression ouremplacez la cartouche d’impressionsans mettre l’appareil hors tension.
Appuyez sur la touche PRINT/STOPpour reprendre l’impression.
Pour désactiver le mode DPOF
Pour désactiver le mode DPOF aprèsl’impression, appuyez une nouvelle foissur la touche DPOF. L’indication
“DPOF” disparaît de l’afficheur, etl’indication normale réapparaît.
Modification du nombrede copies
Vous pouvez modifier le nombre decopies pour une image avec repèred’impression réglé avec l’appareilphoto numérique sur la DPP-MP1. Pourcela, effectuez l’opération décrite ci-dessous après l’étape 3 de la section
“Impression en vrac d’images avecrepère d’impression” (page 15). Il fautque l’appareil soit en mode DPOF
(l’indication “DPOF” doit apparaîtresur l’afficheur).
1 Sélectionnez l’image avecrepère d’impression pourlaquelle vous voulez effectuerla modification.
Utilisez les touches SELECT (–/+)pour rappeler le numéro de fichierde l’image voulue. Puis appuyezsur la touche ENTER.
L’indication du nombre de copiesclignote et vous pouvez modifierle nombre de copies.

1 Maintenez la touche ENTERenfoncée pendant au moins 2secondes.
Le mode de réglage desparamètres d’impression estactivé, et l’indication “SHARP”clignote sur l’afficheur.
2 Utilisez les touches SELECT
(–/+) jusqu’à ce que leparamètre voulu clignote surl’afficheur.
• Une pression sur SELECT (+)fait parcourir le cycle desparamètres disponibles dansl’ordre de “SHARP” t

• Une pression sur SELECT (–)fait parcourir le cycle dansl’ordre inverse.

ENTER.
Le paramètre sélectionné pourl’élément affiché est indiqué.
4 Utilisez les touches SELECT

Par exemple, si “DATE” clignote,chaque pression sur la touche
SELECT (–/+) fait commuterautomatiquement le paramètreentre “ON” (la date s’imprime) et
“OFF” (la date ne s’imprime pas).
