This version fixed the support for CMD chips that reside on PCI bus number greater than 0. This version also added some optimization code.

Follow the Microsoft driver update procedures.

Enhancement 1: Added optimizations.
Enhancement 2: Now the DMA IO ports will be displayed in NT Diagnostics.
V. Corrections
Symptom: On a system with the chip residing on PCI Bus 1 or above, the driver seems to have trouble finding the chip.
Action: Found that the bus number was not given correctly to NT to translate the resources in PCI mode. Fixed.

NT4 prohibits PIO and DMA on the same IDE channel.
