HST has set itself the goal of becoming one of the leading manufacturers in
the field of PC-aided narrowband/wideband ISDN communication. We wish to
create our IT solutions with optimal efficiency and consistently high quality,
the prerequisites for the success of our company.

These aims enable us to derive our key principles of quality:

Our foremost principle is to meet the needs and fulfil the expectations of our
customers. In a dialogue between business partners, we determine the
customer's wishes and specify the quality requirements with regard to our
products. We then put these into practice.

In order to guarantee the quality of our products in the long term, we need to
take preventive action at the outset, such as organising quality-related
processes and maintaining the high degree of motivation of our staff, e.g. by
enabling them to acquire relevant technical qualifications.

The quality of each step in production plays a major role in our internal
business processes. Each member of staff plays two roles within this chain,
namely that of the customer as well as the supplier. It is the fundamental
duty of every member of the team to identity possible faults in our products
at an early stage, eliminate these, make sure they are avoided in future as
well as make economic use of all available resources.

The quality-related processes that are directly or indirectly connected with
meeting customer requirements and fulfilling customer expectations are set
down in the HST quality assurance system, which is based on the German
standard DIN EN ISO 9001. Each process is regularly examined with respect to
its actual quality and effectiveness.
