ctpcsc - has ctapi libraries (libctpcsc.a, libctpcsc.dylib) for Mac OS X (10.4.x, 10.5.x).

2. The CTAPI library (libctpcsc.dylib) has to be copied to /usr/local/lib.

3. MCARD Library V4.01 for Mac is to be used (for KVK support)

4. scmccid driver v5.0.9 for ST-2052 is to be used
