JVC Card Navigator (this program displays the contents of MultiMedia Card and allows transfer of still images or video clips (20 seconds of video with 160x120 resolution and sound)
JVC Video Player (this is the only program that will play back video clips transferred fRom the camcorder using JVC Card Navigator, if those clips are to be emailed this software must be emailed to the recipient as well)
Adobe Acrobat Reader (required for viewing or printing of instruction manuals included on the CD-Rom)
